Greek Shrimp Salad

  1. Start by making the dressing. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Chop all of the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sprinkle shrimp with Cavender's seasoning, and salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and saute until cooked through and pink. This will take less than 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble salad, drizzle dressing on top and enjoy!
