Green Monster Ice Pops
- 1 whole Medium Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 1 whole Medium Banana, Peeled
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Peeled Mango Chunks (fresh Or Frozen)
- 1-1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)
- 6 Popsicle (sticks)
- Place all ingredients (except honey) into a blender, put the lid on and mix well. Taste the smoothie. If you find that it is not sweet enough, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey into the smoothie and blend.
- Pour smoothie into the ice pop molds (I used a mold that makes 6 standard size pops). Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each pop, leaving about a quarter of the stick above the mold. Alternatively, you can use the plastic sticks provided in the set.
- Place the mold into the freezer for 2-3 hours. To get the ice pops out of the mold, run the bottom of the mold under warm or hot water for about 5 to 10 seconds before pulling out the ice pops.
