Chocolate Chip Kahlua Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 5 cups Mini Marshmallows (or 40 Large)
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cups Kahlua
- 6 cups Rice Cereal
- 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with your Misto or lightly grease with butter and line with parchment paper.
- In a large pot melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove off of the heat and stir in the cocoa powder and Kahlua until completely incorporated. Add in the cereal and gently stir to coat.
- Spoon the cereal mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and press down with a scrap of parchment.
- Let cool completely before removing and cutting into squares.
