Grilled Italian Potato Packets
- 20 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 package (2 Oz. Packet) Italian Dressing Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Preheat the grill on high.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning and grate in the Parmesan cheese. Toss together so everything is evenly coated.
- Take large rectangles of aluminum foil and spray a line of cooking spray on the middle. Make sure you liberally spray this so the potatoes don't stick. Place the potatoes on the line of cooking spray. Take the middle of the aluminum foil and roll it up; scrunch the ends together to make the packet.
- Place on the top rack of the grill for 15 minutes on high. After 15 minutes, move to the main rack and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the potatoes from the packets. Caution, this will be very hot and the steam can burn you. Plate and enjoy!
