White Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies
- 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Brownie Batter (enough For A 9x9 Pan Of Brownies)
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips, Or More To Taste
- Preheat the oven to 325 F. Prepare your brownie batter according to directions. Pour batter into a baking dish (9x9 or comparable).
- In a medium-sized bowl use a mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and salt and mix until soft and creamy. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it into the brownie batter with a knife.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Notes: I baked mine on the bottom oven rack for the first 20 or so minutes and moved it to the top for the last 10-15 minutes. This helped the top from browning too much.
