Autumn Fruit Chutney
- 2 whole Apples, Peeled, Cored, And Diced
- 2 whole Pears, Peeled, Cored And Diced
- 3/4 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/2 cups Orange Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Orange Zest
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoons Allspice
- Combine and stir together all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan. Cover with a lid. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Check to be sure that the water has not evaporated completely and add a little water if the mix looks too dry. Remove the chutney from the pan and let cool at room temperature. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
