Baked Oatmeal
- 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 5 teaspoons Stevia Liquid Sweetener
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cups Sucanat
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 3 cups 1% Milk
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Mix all liquid ingredients except milk.
- Add Sucanat. Add the fruit gently to the wet mixture.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl then pour into the wet and mix well. Add the milk, mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
