Father’S Day Key Lime Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add in the melted butter. Combine the mixture with your hands, mixing well. Press the crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes, just until the crust is toasty. Then remove it from the oven and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn the oven down to 325 F.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, lime juice and zest until thick and well combined.
  6. Pour into the chilled graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 F for 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
