Cheesecake Brownies
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1 package (19.8 Oz. Size) Brownie Mix, Or Your Homemade Recipe
- Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs, And Oil), If Using A Mix
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE MIXTURE:
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare brownies as directed (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package if using). Pour into prepared dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownies and slice with a knife for marble effect.
- Bake 25-28 minutes until an inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean.
