Cheesecake Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare brownies as directed (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package if using). Pour into prepared dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownies and slice with a knife for marble effect.
  4. Bake 25-28 minutes until an inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean.
