Chocolate And Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Dough Pie
- 1 stick Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Coating Chips
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 whole Frozen Pie Crust
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then fold in 1/2 cup flour and salt.
- Toss chocolate and peanut butter chips with the remaining 1 tablespoon flour. This will prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the pie. Fold chips into the batter pour into the pie shell. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the top of the pie is golden brown.
- I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same.
