Grandma’S Lime Jello Salad

  1. 1. Mix boiling water with Lime Jello and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. 2. Add the pineapple juice (drained from can) and water and mix into the Jello mixture.
  3. 3. Add crushed pinnapple into the Jello mixture. Use a spoon to even out the pineapple across the dish.
  4. 4. Pinch small pieces of the cream cheese and spread across the dish.
  5. 5. Place dish in refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. 6. Take Jello out and place the cherries on top, placing them about 1/2 - 1 inch apart.
  7. 7. Place back in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. 8. Cut small squares and serve!
