Hamburger Soup
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Chuck
- 3 Carrots, Sliced Into Coins
- 2 Medium White Potatoes, Diced
- 3/4 cups Barley
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 3 cups Beef Stock (Swanson's)
- 1 cup Red Wine (cheap)
- 4 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce (A1)
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Dressing Mix (Good Seasons)
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Brown beef over medium heat. Once it's browned, drain off the grease and place the beef in a large slow cooker.
- Add carrots, potatoes, barley, and corn.
- Combine all of the other ingredients in a small bowl and then pour it over the beef and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
