Chicken Or Turkey Noodle Bake
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 oz. (about 2 1/4 c. uncooked) fine noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 4 oz. sharp American or Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- Blend milk into soup.
- Stir in eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients, except melted butter or margarine and crackers.
- Pour into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter; place on top.
- Bake in moderate oven (350u0b0) for 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
