Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Bars
- FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER BATTER:
- 1 package (18.25 Oz. Size) Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE BATTER:
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
- For the peanut butter batter, combine cake mix, melted butter, and eggs with an electric mixer at low speed. Add peanut butter and continue mixing on medium until well blended (about 1 minute).
- Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate batter. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Once combined, remove from heat and add vanilla.
- To assemble, press 1/2 the peanut butter mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the crust and crumble the remaining peanut butter batter over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let bars completely cool before cutting.
