Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies Without Sugar
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 2 Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Apples, Peeled And Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Fruit, Chopped
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 4 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- Fresh Blueberries, For Garnish (optional)
- Grind or process oats and pour into a big bowl. Add mashed banana, grated apple, dried fruit, eggs, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Slice butter and add to bowl. Mix until batter is smooth.
- Preheat oven to 356u0b0F (180u0b0C). Meanwhile, portion out dough by dropping spoonfuls onto a baking tray. Flatten cookies slightly. If desired, stick a blueberry in the middle of each one to make them pretty.
- Bake cookies for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
