Homemade Avocado Dessert
- 2-1/2 cups Milk
- 3 whole Eggs (Yolks And Whites Separated)
- 5-1/2 ounces, weight Sugar
- 1 ounce, weight Gelatin
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Avocado Puree
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Heat the milk in a saucepan on low heat, just until it begins to boil. Then remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add the egg mixture into the milk, stirring rapidly.
- Put the water in a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over the water, let stand until gelatin is softened. Then stir it into the milk mixture.
- Pour milk mixture into a bowl to cool.
- Beat egg whites until foamy.
- Mix the avocado puree and vanilla into the milk mixture and then add in the egg whites.
- Pour the milk mixture into greased molds or metal cups (your choice of size) and refrigerate to set for an hour.
- Serve and enjoy.
