Homemade Avocado Dessert

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan on low heat, just until it begins to boil. Then remove from heat.
  2. In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add the egg mixture into the milk, stirring rapidly.
  3. Put the water in a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over the water, let stand until gelatin is softened. Then stir it into the milk mixture.
  4. Pour milk mixture into a bowl to cool.
  5. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  6. Mix the avocado puree and vanilla into the milk mixture and then add in the egg whites.
  7. Pour the milk mixture into greased molds or metal cups (your choice of size) and refrigerate to set for an hour.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
