Homemade Chocolate Fudge

  1. Heat a sauce pan and add water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, stirring until dissolved. Simmer for several minutes syrupy. To check if it's ready, drop a little bit of syrup in cold water-if the drop sticks together, the syrup is ready. Add butter and vanilla and mix until butter is dissolved.
  2. Combine powdered milk with cocoa and gradually add it to the syrup. Then add hazelnuts, walnuts, and raisins. Combine well.
  3. Line a square pan with plastic and pour the mixture in. Let cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
