Homemade Chocolate Fudge
- 100 milliliters Water
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 120 grams Softened Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 250 grams Powdered Milk
- 50 grams Powdered Cocoa
- 50 grams Roasted Hazelnuts, Quartered
- 30 grams Roasted Walnuts, Quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Raisins
- Heat a sauce pan and add water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, stirring until dissolved. Simmer for several minutes syrupy. To check if it's ready, drop a little bit of syrup in cold water-if the drop sticks together, the syrup is ready. Add butter and vanilla and mix until butter is dissolved.
- Combine powdered milk with cocoa and gradually add it to the syrup. Then add hazelnuts, walnuts, and raisins. Combine well.
- Line a square pan with plastic and pour the mixture in. Let cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
