Almond Joy Oats

  1. Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs in a small bowl and mix together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Uncover, stir, add more milk if necessary until desired consistency is reached. Fold in cacao nibs.
  2. Notes:
  3. Oats could easily be made hot on the stovetop if desired. If doing so, omit Greek yogurt. Also, leave shredded coconut and almonds out and fold in with cacao nibs once oatmeal is cooked.
  4. Regular oatmeal could be used instead of steelcut.
