Candy Corn Cake Bars
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box (16 1/2 Oz. Size) Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter, melted
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 bag (about 10 Oz. Size) Candy Corn M&M Candies
- For the cake, in a mixer, beat cake mix with eggs, water and melted butter. Spread into a greased 15 1/2x10x1 baking sheet. Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
- For the frosting, in a mixer, beat butter for 2-3 minutes, until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar, cream and vanilla. Beat until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake and sprinkle with candy corn m&ms. Cut unto squares and enjoy!
