Granola Berry Crisp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, powdered honey and vanilla. Add the flour and salt and mix until well coated. Pour into a 9-inch round or 9-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
  3. In a separate small dish, combine the granola, oil and xylitol. Top the fruit mixture with the granola mixture.
  4. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 7-8 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream!
