Harvest Casserole

  1. Stew chicken, reserving stock (6 cups).
  2. Remove meat from bones in coarse pieces. Cook onion, pepper and mushrooms in butter until soft but not brown. Add liquid from mushrooms and olives to stock and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Add chicken, onion and pepper mixture, then add remaining ingredients except cheese.
