Healthy Mayonnaise Free Coleslaw
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Natural Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Sweetner (Xylitol)
- FOR THE COLESLAW:
- 1/2 whole White Salad Onion, Chopped Finely
- 10 stalks Celery Chopped Finely
- 1 whole White Cabbage, Shredded In The Food Processor
- 1 whole Red Cabbage, Shredded In The Food Processor
- 10 whole Carrots, Shredded In The Food Processor
- For the dressing:
- Prep and combine all ingredients in a bowl then mix well. You can serve straight away but if you let the dressing sit overnight the flavors mature and become richer.
- For the coleslaw:
- Prep and combine all ingredients in a large bowl then toss with salad dressing.
