Fast And Easy Strawberry Cake
- 1 box White Or Yellow Cake Mix, 18 Ounce Box
- 1 box Strawberry Jello, 3 Ounce Box
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Strawberries, Thawed Including The Juice
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1/2 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- Optional Toppings: Cream Cheese Frosting And/or Strawberries
- "Dump" all ingredients (except optional toppings) into a mixing bowl and mix until combined. Pour into a bundt pan. I sprayed mine with "Pam" spray prior to using.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes. Let stand in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- I had leftover cream cheese icing from cinnamon rolls, so I used this to lightly ice the cake once it was cool. Then I placed more strawberries around the cake. A word of warning, this is a dense cake!
