Berries Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine berries and sugar. Cook 4 minutes.
  3. Then remove it from the microwave, add tapioca, mix to combine, and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the flour, oats, brown sugar and salt. Rub the butter into the ingredients until a crumbly mixture forms.
  5. Place the fruit into an 8x10 or 9x11 baking dish and sprinkle the crisp mixture on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with ice cream.
