Family Friendly Chili
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 1 Habanero Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 1 Serrano Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Cumin
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Coriander
- Brown the ground beef and turkey in the olive oil until fully cooked. Add in the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook until soft and then drain the meat mixture.
- Meanwhile, in a separate large pot, add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium low heat. Once meat mixture is cooked, add it to the simmering ingredients in the large pot. Stirring occasionally, allow all the ingredients to simmer at least 20-25 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish as desired.
