Frito Soup (Or Easiest Soup To Make Ever)

  1. Brown the meat then season with salt, pepper, chili powder (or taco seasoning) to taste.
  2. While you are browning the meat, empty the canned foods (undrained) and corn into a large pot. Cook on medium heat until warm, usually 20 minutes. (Note: my husband does not like tomatoes so he usually purees the tomatoes to make a sauce before adding in the beans.)
  3. After it's done, drain fat from meat (our ground turkey never seems to have any) and stir into soup. Try to not overcook the meat.
  4. Serve topped with cheese and chips. For a cool zip, you can also top with sour cream! There you go-so easy your kids can make this!

ground meat, salt, chili powder or taco seasoning, tomatoes, frozen sweet, kidney beans, black beans, shredded cheese, fritos, sour cream
