Parmesan Garlic Bread
- 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed Through A Garlic Press (Use Less If The Cloves Are Large)
- 1 Tablespoon Shallot Finely Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 1 pinch Kosher Or Sea Salt, To Taste
- 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, To Taste
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Parmesan, Or More To Taste
- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- Combine the garlic, shallots, parsley, salt, black pepper, softened butter and grated Parmesan. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined. Slice the Italian loaf lengthwise and heavily smear half of the butter mixture onto each of the halves. Place under the broiler and toast until golden and crispy, rotating the pan if necessary, about 5-8 minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn!
