Chewy Hershey’S Cookies
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 cups Hershey's Cocoa
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 teaspoons Butter Flavor
- 1-1/2 cup White Baking Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In small bowl combine salt, baking powder, cocoa, and flour.
- In another mixing bowl combine eggs, vanilla, sugar, butter, and butter flavor. Beat the ingredients until they are creamy. Stir in the dry ingredients and then add the white baking chips.
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet and lay about 2 inches apart. Cook 8-10 minutes and then let them cool for about 2-3 minutes before moving to a cookie wire rack. When storing cookies, place wax paper between cookies so they don't stick.
