Blueberry Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup Sugar, Plus More For Sprinkling
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
- Cream together the sugar, butter, and cream cheese, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Working in batches, beat the dry ingredients into the sugar-butter-egg mixture. Gently stir in the blueberries by hand.
- Drop the dough by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle some sugar over top of the cookie dough balls.
- Bake at 350u0b0F for 10-12 minutes.
