Jelly Bean Applesauce Cookies
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Light Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1/2 cups Jelly Beans, Cut In Pieces
- Preheat your oven to 375u0b0F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the jelly beans together and stir until well combined (dough will be very thick). Fold in the jelly bean pieces.
- Drop onto the prepared baking sheet with a tablespoon leaving about an inch betwee them. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cookies cool completely.
