Wiggle
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- flour
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 small pkg. small noodles, cooked
- buttered bread crumbs
- Mix ground beef, chili powder and salt; brown in skillet. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
- Saute until onions are transparent.
- In a large roasting pan, spread half of the meat mixture and top with a sprinkling of flour.
- Top with peas and sprinkle with flour.
- Add tomatoes and another layer of flour. Next, spread noodles over mixture and top with grated cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over cheese.
- Bake 2 hours at 350u0b0.
