Cabbage Bread Pizza-E
- 2 cups Semolina
- 5 cups Milk
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Cabbage, Finely Chopped
- 1 cube Butter
- 2 slices Bread, Or As Desired
- 1 Tablespoon Oil, Or As Needed
- 1 Tomato, Chopped For Garnish (optional)
- 1 Onion, Chopped, For Garnish (optional)
- Tomato Ketchup, To Serve
- 1. First make a paste of semolina and milk. Add salt and red chilli powder to it. Set it aside for 5 minutes.
- 2. Now add finely chopped cabbage to this paste, mix thoroughly. Ensure that the paste is thick.
- 3. Spread butter on the bread first (you can use as many slices of bread as you want), then spread this paste on it.
- 4. Heat oil and cook this bread until cabbage turns brown. Cook both sides of bread.
- 5. You can garnish this with chopped tomato and onions, if desired.
- 7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
