Corn And Green Bean Casserole

  1. Drain beans.
  2. Thaw corn and mix.
  3. Saute onions and green pepper in the 2 tablespoons margarine until tender.
  4. Combine this with corn, beans, cheese, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well and spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
  6. Combine cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
  7. Stir well and sprinkle over casserole.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Cover to bake until the last few minutes of cooking time.
  10. In order to brown top, uncover.
  11. This serves 6 to 8 people.
