Spirited Pecan Pie Bars

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch baking pan in oven while preheated to 350u0b0.
  2. Remove from oven; stir in graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Press onto bottom of pan.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  5. Beat egg lightly in medium bowl; stir in sweetened condensed milk and maple flavoring.
  6. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour pecan filling over hot crust; spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
  8. Cool completely in pan or on wire rack.
  9. Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
  10. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen bars.
