Cinnamon Rolls With Cake Mix

  1. Soften yeast in warm water in mixing bowl.
  2. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt.
  3. Beat on low speed to blend. Slowly add 5 1/4 cups flour to make a soft, but workable, dough. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
  4. Place in a greased bowl to rise until double.
  5. Turn out of bowl on floured surface and roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll up loosely and cut in 1-inch thick slices and place cut side down in greased baking pan. Let rise until double.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Frost if desired.
