Kickin Burger And Dog Topper

  1. In a food processor, with the grater blade side up, grate cabbage and onion finely. Place in a very large bowl. In another large bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour sauce over cabbage and onion and mix very well. It may be soupy. Place in the fridge and let marinate overnight.
  3. Right before serving, drain until you have reached desired consistency. Top hot dogs and burgers. Also look for my cheesy Western burger recipe using this topping.
  4. Store in Ziploc bags, or you may can it. Keeps for up to 3 months in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
