Kitchen Sink Cookies
- 2 sticks Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Instant Ground Espresso
- 1 cup Mini Oreos
- 1 cup Raspberry M&Ms
- 1 cup Nestle Chocolate Chunks
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a large mixer, add butter and sugars and mix until creamy, about 5 minutes. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt and ground espresso. Slowly add the flour mixture to the large mixing bowl and beat until everything is well incorporated but don't overmix. Stir in the Oreos, m&ms and chocolate chunks.
- With a cookie or ice cream scoop, scoop dough onto a cookie baking sheet or silicone mat. Cook 12-14 minutes or until slightly brown-they will continue to bake once you take them out of the oven.
