Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad
- 2 cups Mixed Pasta Shapes
- 1 package Pepperoni Minis (4oz Package)
- 1/2 cups Artichoke Hearts
- 2 stalks Hearts Of Palm Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1/3 cups Sliced Pitted Black Olives
- 1/3 cups Sliced Green Olives
- 1/3 cups Banana Peppers Sliced Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Asiago Cheese, Shredded Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese Shaved Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Pearls Or To Taste
- 1 cup Italian Dressing Or To Taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- I listed many of the ingredients as "to taste" because so many people like things better than others or not at all. This recipe is very versatile so if there's something you love, add more or take away if you like. It's up to you.
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add pepperoni, artichokes, hearts of palm slices, tomatoes, black and green olives and banana peppers. Add cheeses and Italian dressing and toss well. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
