Salted Caramel & Nutella Apple Skewers

  1. 1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10-20 minutes. This will help eliminate splintering and also will keep them from igniting while on the grill.
  2. 2. Cut up fruit place it in a bowl, sprinkle with brown sugar, and slightly toss. Let the mixture sit for a couple minutes. Then, add the fruit onto the skewers in a pattern that makes you happy.
  3. 3. Place on the grill, on medium heat, for a about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with Nutlla and salted caramel sauce!
