White Chocolate Butterscotch Blondies
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Prepare an 8-inch pan or line with foil.
- Cream brown sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and melted butter, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and incorporate with a spatula. Stir in white chocolate and butterscotch chips by hand. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-28 minutes. The top will be dry. Cool completely before cutting.
