White Chocolate Butterscotch Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Prepare an 8-inch pan or line with foil.
  2. Cream brown sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and melted butter, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and incorporate with a spatula. Stir in white chocolate and butterscotch chips by hand. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-28 minutes. The top will be dry. Cool completely before cutting.
