Taco Salad

  1. Cook ground beef according to directions on taco seasoning package.
  2. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. Chop lettuce, onion, green peppers, olives and tomatoes; mix well.
  4. Crush tortilla chips; add to mixture.
  5. Add kidney beans and ground beef.
  6. Mix sour cream with Catalina dressing.
  7. Pour over salad and mix well.
  8. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  9. Serves 15 to 20 people,
  10. For smaller portion, cut recipe in half.
