Spicy Jalapeno Bloody Maria Mix

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large jar (everything except the jalapeno slices and onion). Put the lid on and shake to mix.
  2. Add jalapeno slices and onion into a small food processor. Chop finely, then add 1/2 cup of the tomato juice mixture and mix until a puree is formed. Return mixture back into the jar, put the lid on and shake to mix.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight prior to serving. Serve over ice with jalapeno-infused tequila.
