Cran-Apple Millet Breakfast Bake

  1. In a small sauce pot bring water to a boil. Add millet and salt, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
  2. Scoop into a ceramic baking dish and cover with a lid or foil. Bake at 375u0b0F for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes till the top is golden brown.
  3. Serve in cups with a dollop of cream, if desired. This goes well with a nice hot cup of herbal tea.
