Cake Mix Cinnamon Coffee Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 15-1/4 ounces, weight Box, White Cake Mix
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING:
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 3/4 cups Chopped Walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray/grease a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, Greek yogurt, melted butter and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Toss until combined well. Stir in walnuts. Evenly sprinkle walnut mixture on top of cake batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve!
