Jumbo Cinnamon Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookie
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 Tablespoons Beaten Egg
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 teaspoons Bakings Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Butterscotch Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a small cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir the butter and sugars together until creamed. Add the egg and vanilla and mix.
- Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir until fully incorporated. Add in butterscotch chips and cinnamon chips and stir.
- Place the dough in the center of the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes, until the edges are browned.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
