Stuffed Cabbage(Pigs In A Blanket)

  1. Simmer
  2. onions in a little margarine until soft.
  3. Rinse rice thoroughly
  4. and
  5. simmer
  6. until
  7. slightly
  8. tender.
  9. Drop cabbage into
  10. boiling water.
  11. Mix meat, onion, rice, salt and pepper
  12. very well.
  13. Fill cabbage leaves with meat mixture and roll up.
  14. Layer in
  15. a
  16. roasting
  17. pan
  18. and
  19. cover with boiling water.
  20. Salt top layer
  21. lightly.
  22. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at
  23. 350u0b0
  24. for 1 hour.
  25. After baking full length of time, pour crushed tomatoes over it and bake for 1 hour more.
