Easy Italian Potatoes
- 6 whole Large Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 package Italian Salad Dressing Mix, Approximately 1 Ounce
- Wash the potatoes but do not peel them. Cut potatoes into twelfths and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 to 10 minutes to remove moisture. When they start to look fluffy take them out and toss with the oil. Then add the salad dressing mix and toss until coated.
- Grill method: Cut a large piece of tin foil and coat one side with cooking spray, pour the coated potatoes into the middle of it and seal it up like a pouch. Place on preheated grill over medium high heat and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning over once during cooking.
- Conventional oven method: Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, place potatoes on sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
