Ham And Green Noodle Casserole
- 2 cups (6 oz) green noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheese soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 (2 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 small can green beans
- 1 small can carrots
- 2 onions
- 4 ears corn (small) or 2 large ones, cut in half
- Make the ground beef into four patties, placing in bottom of four coffee cans.
- Next, slice the potatoes and onions, putting them on top of the patty.
- Drain the green beans and carrots.
- Add to the top of rest.
- Next, put the ear of corn, salt and pepper to taste and a pat of butter.
- Cover the can with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
