Jiffy Mexican Lasagne

  1. Combine beef, taco seasoning and tomato sauce in a bowl, cover with wax paper and cook on High setting in microwave oven 7 minutes (turn bowl a 1/2 turn after 3 1/2 minutes unless you have a turntable).
  2. In 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish, layer half of meat mixture and arrange Mozzarella slices on top.
  3. Combine Ricotta, egg and chilies and spread over cheese.
  4. Arrange tortillas over the Ricotta mix.
  5. Top tortillas with rest of the meat mixture.
  6. Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave 7 minutes. Turn after 3 1/2 minutes.
  7. Remove waxed paper and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, cook 2 minutes.
  8. Spread with sour cream and olives and cook 1 minute.
