Cc’S Onion Strings
- 1/2 cups Bread Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced Thin Using A Food Processor
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1. Mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 2. Add sliced onions to the flour mix and use your hands to mix the onions and coat them well with the flour mixture.
- 3. Heat the oil on medium to medium high heat until it is bubbly.
- 4. Add the coated onion strings.
- 5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, using tongs to stir the onions every minute or two.
- 6. Add salt and pepper as you are cooking. Be generous with the salt. They are onion strings after all!
- 7. Once you have them salted to taste, put them on a plate or on your favorite cut of steak and enjoy!
